“I wrote up a quick personal script during the NLP training course and had Jan program it in… Basically I set a goal to get some form of exercise every single day for one year (aerobic or weight training), and it’s been working great so far. I started a few days after getting back home and so far I’m at more than 70 consecutive days of exercising (Mostly doing 5km+ on the treadmill, and I’ve finally gotten back into the gym recently). Previously, if I didn’t feel like doing a workout, I knew that given 5 minutes I could always talk myself out of it, opting for a “rest-day” instead of working out :-(. I can’t think of one time in the last 70 days when that thought has crossed my mind for more than 5 seconds… Even if it’s 10:00pm, I’ll go get on the treadmill for half an hour rather than blow it off… Now I’m not saying that it was the hypnosis… but… 🙂 “
