life (unless you are a therapist who could use the therapeutic models).

"I wrote up a quick personal script during the course
and had Jan program it in... Basically I set a goal to get some form of
exercise every single day for one year (aerobic or weight training), and it's
been working great so far. I started a few days after getting back home
and so far I'm at more than 70 consecutive days of exercising (Mostly
doing 5km+ on the treadmill, and I've finally gotten back into the gym recently).
Previously, if I didn't feel like doing a workout, I knew that given 5 minutes
I could always talk myself out of it, opting for a "rest-day" instead of working
out. :-) I can't think of one time in the last 70 days when that thought has
crossed my mind for more than 5 seconds... Even if it's 10:00pm, I'll go get
on the treadmill for half an hour rather than blow it off... Now I'm not saying
that it was the hypnosis... but... :-) "

10:00 AM start of The Performance Institute of NLP Practitioner course. By
day 3, they were naturally grouping, and by the end of the course all (including
3 faculty) were a community. All is a testament to Steve, Diane and Meghan’s

"I just wanted to say Thank you
for all of the skills I left your seminar with. I am in New Delhi India right
now. This is my first time visiting anywhere in the world other then simple
touristy places and thanks to the skills I acquired from your teachings I
have found it easy to blend in as much as possible. I am here alone and
as a single female I don't think I would have made it if I did not have some
of the abilities you taught me. I have made some amazing contacts here
(before I even got off the plane). I was asked to give a workshop on the law
of attraction to 50 top executives here which I quickly agreed to.
The workshop was today and I felt totally comfortable and
